  The problem I had was manly customer service. I waited for an employee to help me find a movie and was told by him to wait. When he came back he was helping someone else (the couple came in after me, I saw them come in). I ended up not buying that movie. Then at checkout the 2 girls were texting for 4 minutes straight with acknowledgement that me and 2 others were there. Compared to the other best buys this has not been the best experience.

  My local Best Buy. About like 5 minutes away. I got the last Nintendo Switch by the time in April 2017. And around July I wanted to get 2 separate joycons but it was $100.00 but when I asked an employee if I can get the 2 separate joycons for the same price as the 2 pack of joycons. And the employee asked the manager. And he said yes. Best Best Buy ever for a lot of reasons not just that one reason but a lot of reasons.
