- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 09, 2020, by Candace ConradtHello - we purchased the Tree two days ago (11/28/2015) and set it up - we really like it - then we tried to register it and could not - called customer service and she recommended we email the company with our registration information - we cannot believe your company does not have their IT Department working to solve this problem - it is a big negative and we do not think you have ANY understanding of customer service when this issue is well documented as being a big problem.
