I made an appointment for a Saturday morning with no problem, their schedule follows the mall since they're inside of the Smith haven Mall. The woman who helped me was very friendly, she completed my paperwork and then the doctor saw me. He was kind, friendly, and very thorough. I actually never had a better exam. worked perfectly!! Picked up my glasses the very next day. Very happy
